We ship all packages as soon as possible after receiving the payment. Usually it takes 1-3 business days to ship the parcel.

Shipping costs for Switzerland: 5 CHF for all packages. Free shipping for all orders above 200 CHF and gift cards.

Return

Changed your mind? You can return items purchased on studioosoi.ch within 14 days of the delivery date. The returned clothes must be unworn, with all tags attached. Please understand that we are not able to refund and bear any shipping costs or custom duties for the return. Discounted and vintage items can only be exchanged for a voucher.
